Sambrani or Benzoin Resin
• It is a balsamic resin obtained from several trees of the family Styracaceae.
• The tincture is used treating throat infection and cold sores when used as a mouthwash.
• Also used in treating dry skin, wounds and inflammation.
Direction to use
• Setup a metallic bowl or incense burner to place charcoal discs on.
• Light the disc with a match or lighter.
• Put a small piece of Sambrani on top of the charcoal, once it has heated up.
• You may pour salt in the center of the disc, which will make the resin burn slower.
