• Cheru Chana Vitthu, also known as linseeds, are small, brown, tan or golden-colored seeds known to be the richest sources of a plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, called alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).
• Rich fiber content of flaxseeds helps improve obesity and helpful for weight loss.
• It is also used to cure liver disease.

Direction to use

• Grind 2 tbspn of flax seed every time you use and mix with 1 glass of water and drink.

• It can be also used as an ingredient for breakfast smoothies.
